SUMIDA, headquartered in Irifune, Chuo, Tokyo, designs and manufactures coil-related components and modules for automotive, consumer electronics and industrial applications. Its product range includes power inductors, power and signal transformers, signal magnetics, EMC components, filters, sensors and actuators, and automotive modules such as keyless antennas.
The group also supplies magnetic materials, ceramics, flexible connections, components for medical equipment and electronic manufacturing services (EMS). It offers both custom designs and standard products, with engineering centres in Japan, China, Europe and the Americas. SUMIDA had 14,964 employees as of December 31, 2025.
