Responsibilities include building databases and reports using Salesforce and spreadsheets; establishing dashboards; improving data-entry adherence and accuracy; and supporting new sales hires through tool setup, initial order support, manuals, and FAQ materials. The role also organizes product-release information, creates and runs sales comprehension tests, prepares standard materials, coordinates externally for AI use, and identifies and implements improvements through trade shows, customer visits, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required experience is operating and using CRM systems, including Salesforce. Preferred experience includes B2B sales, sales technologies beyond CRM, AI-enabled process improvement, and sales data analysis or tactics and strategy development. This is a full-time role in Chiyoda, Tokyo, with a 10:00–19:00 flextime schedule and core hours of 11:00–16:00. Annual salary is JPY 6.5 million to JPY 9 million.
