Lead the launch of new alliances in the Alliance Sales Department's Business Development Group, from initial creation through scaling. Evaluate inbound prospective partners by assessing the benefits and risks of potential partnerships and determining the appropriate partnership model.
Lead new partner acquisition, contract execution, and the establishment and onboarding of partner-side sales operations. Design processes for handing established partners to the Success Group and for the overall alliance operation.
Requires approximately five or more years of experience launching alliance sales or partner businesses, including designing and building partnership mechanisms rather than only handling sales agents. Requires practical experience reviewing and negotiating contracts and evaluating associated benefits and risks from business and legal perspectives. Experience building alliances with financial institutions, enterprise companies, or major SIers, and experience designing strategy or programs for SaaS or intangible-product partner businesses, is preferred.
The role is based on working from the office once per week, with remote work as the base otherwise. Visits and business travel throughout Japan may be required for partner development and onboarding. Working hours are 10:00–19:00 under a flextime system with core hours of 11:00–16:00.
