Work: propose goods plans to creators and support them through to crowdfunding success; appointment outreach; proposal writing; follow-up from negotiation to order; SNS research and creator outreach (X, Instagram — individuals and some licensors, via DM/email); merchandise categories include plush toys, perfumes and fabric goods; partnering/negotiating with production companies; coordinating stakeholders; and developing new creator genres and merchandise. Required (2+ years in one of): number-committed work (goods-planning sales, IP/content secondary-use or licensing proposal sales etc.); driving projects by coordinating internal/external stakeholders; and familiarity with a genre in the entertainment space. Preferred: product-planning experience; entertainment-industry goods planning; influencer/creator collaboration; systematizing for efficiency; multitasking. Tools: Slack, Google Workspace, Notion. Full-time, salary 4–5M JPY/yr, flextime, mainly remote (avg 1–2 office days/week), based in Sarugakucho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Company 246 employees.
