Responsibilities include interviewing executives and business leaders about operational issues, analyzing labor-cost structures and workflows, and conducting business process reengineering. The role develops rollout strategies for multi-site clients, proposes adoption at additional locations and for additional job types, and builds relationships that support continued service use. It also works to increase use of the service among existing clients.
The role is within the Logistics and Manufacturing Business Division and may serve either the SMB segment, targeting companies with revenue from hundreds of millions to hundreds of billions of yen, or the enterprise segment, targeting companies with revenue from hundreds of billions to trillions of yen.
Requirements include a record of achieving results, experience solving client issues logically, at least two years of corporate sales experience, and a standard driver's license. Experience selling intangible products, consulting experience, or sales experience in IT, staffing, job-media advertising, advertising, or financial services is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a three-month probationary period. The stated annual salary range is JPY 5,000,000 to JPY 9,000,000; prior salary is considered, and performance-linked bonuses, sales incentives, and salary reviews twice yearly are described. Standard hours are 9:30–18:30 under a flextime system with core hours of 9:30–15:30. The role requires office attendance five days per week, with consultation possible for individual circumstances.
The work location is Shiodome City Center, 35th floor, 1-5-2 Higashi-Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, or another company-designated location.
