Monthly closing work includes reviewing expense reimbursements, recording expenses such as invoice payments and prepaid-cost recognition or reversals, issuing invoices for irregular cases or selected invoices, and preparing payment data for withholding tax and resident tax.
Annual responsibilities include preparing disclosure documents such as financial statements, supporting consolidated closing, and handling tax filing activities. Additional duties include preparing IPO listing documents, including Section I materials and securities registration statements; preparing materials for the audit firm and responding to its questions; and building and operating workflows and internal-control processes.
The role also contributes to creating an accounting data foundation and improving operations. AI tools are actively used in the business.
