Candidates may have experience in sales planning, business planning, marketing, business promotion involving numerical analysis, or other planning and quantitative business work. At least one of the following backgrounds or experiences is required: five or more years in corporate planning, IR or finance at a listed company, or in financial advisory, investment banking, private equity, securities or strategy consulting, with primary responsibility for completing M&A or IR; independently conducting corporate valuation such as DCF; experience in internal control, risk management, business reform or PMO at an operating company, or internal control or business reform at an audit firm or consulting firm; or five or more years in corporate planning or a management department at a listed company, including leadership of a company-wide project. Strong alignment with THECOO DNA is also required.
Preferred experience includes working at a company listed on the Growth or Standard market, participating in governance design, handling M&A end to end, dealing with institutional investors, leading J-SOX implementation and operating evaluations, or leading implementation of a core system.
