The role also covers sales to TableCheck's partner companies. Career progression can lead to supervisor or manager roles, movement from individual restaurants toward enterprise accounts, or moves into new-service sales or partner account management. Requirements: at least one year of experience in some form of new-business sales. Preferred: restaurant work experience at store-manager level or above, experience selling ordering/POS systems to restaurants, independent shops, or hotels, or on-site management experience involving sales/progress tracking. Employment is full-time with a 3-month probation, based at the Osaka office, with flextime (core hours 10:30-18:30) and partial remote work (office attendance recommended). Annual leave totals 120 days; no fixed bonus but performance-based incentives are paid, plus a commuting allowance up to ¥50,000/month and standard social insurance.
