This role supports contracted restaurants from implementation of the TableCheck system through stabilization of initial operations. It gathers information on each restaurant's workflows and challenges, proposes an implementation plan, configures TableCheck functions, verifies operation, and coordinates implementation schedules with restaurant contacts.
After launch, the consultant provides operational training to restaurant staff online or in person. The role follows up during the initial usage period, checks usage by restaurant, and provides configuration adjustments and operational advice when needed. It also contributes to helping restaurants achieve a successful start during the implementation and launch phase.
The role sits in the Operational Excellence Division's Consulting Department and supports restaurant-facing reservation and customer-management systems. It is intended for candidates with experience using a PC for basic typing and email correspondence; candidates without prior experience can be trained into the position. Preferred experience includes customer success, system implementation, or support at a SaaS company; work experience in IT, restaurants, or hotels; and experience using restaurant services or reservation-management systems.
This is a permanent full-time position with a six-month probationary period. Annual compensation is stated as JPY 4,000,000 to JPY 5,000,000, with annual salary reviews in March and no bonus. The workplace is the Osaka office in Nishi-ku, Osaka, with partial work-from-home arrangements and office attendance encouraged. Working hours use a flextime system: eight hours between 9:30 and 19:30, with core hours from 10:30 to 18:30. Overtime is stated as approximately 10 to 20 hours per month, varying by role and period.
