About this role

Findy is hiring a New Business Development (BizDev/PdM) professional as a business-owner candidate to "update product development for the AX (AI transformation) era." Reporting to the CEO, you would define new AI-era development methods using Findy's large development-productivity dataset (35,000+ development teams, 220,000+ engineer members) and AI, implement them as products/solutions, and introduce them to advanced development organizations and large enterprises driving DX. Work spans: business-seeds exploration (R&D) and strategy, deep interviews with enterprise CTOs/product execs and prototyping; fast hypothesis validation (lean startup) with an AI-driven engineering org that generates ~80% of code via AI agents, running enterprise PoCs and leading pivot/scale decisions; ecosystem-building via alliances with SIers, consulting firms and SaaS vendors; and, once validated, formulating the business plan and leading the launch from zero with P/L responsibility, building the team (including enterprise sales and customer success). Full remote is not available. Business-level Japanese is expected. Full-time, based in Tokyo (Osaki).
