About this role

This role partners with the logistics business unit to formulate business plans for one- to three-year periods and develop the strategies and tactics needed to achieve them. It monitors business performance through regular meetings, analyzes data to identify structural issues and bottlenecks, and proposes concrete countermeasures to senior leaders in the assigned business unit.

The position leads execution projects for agreed initiatives while coordinating relevant stakeholders. It also plans and implements sales campaigns, shares and standardizes sales knowledge, and develops measures intended to maximize the team’s overall results. The role supports business transformation for client stores and business sites in the logistics area, with a focus on improving productivity and exploring new forms of spot-work operations beyond simply separating routine tasks.

Required experience includes business planning, sales planning, or corporate planning at an operating company or consulting firm. Candidates need experience analyzing issues quantitatively using Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, or similar tools, and proposing solutions. Experience advancing projects involving varied stakeholders, including management and sales operations, is also required.

Preferred experience includes using or improving CRM/SFA tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and kintone; work using Looker Studio or Tableau; three or more years of corporate solution-sales experience; and deep knowledge or practical experience in food service, retail, or logistics.

Employment is full-time and includes a three-month probationary period. The stated annual salary range is JPY 5,000,000 to JPY 8,000,000, with individual determination based on experience and capability, salary reviews twice yearly, and a performance-bonus program. The work location is Timee’s Tokyo headquarters in Minato, Tokyo. The role uses a flextime system with core hours from 11:00 to 15:30 and standard hours of 09:30 to 18:30; employees work eight hours per day across the month’s working days. Office attendance is three days per week, with arrangements discussed according to individual working styles.

The position provides 120 annual holidays, a full two-day weekend system on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, paid leave, year-end/New Year leave, additional relaxation leave, family-related leave, and bereavement leave. Benefits include commuting reimbursement up to JPY 50,000 per month, employee stock ownership, team-building support, club activity support, book and seminar subsidies, and marriage benefits. Health insurance, employees’ pension, employment insurance, and workers’ compensation insurance are provided. Smoking is generally prohibited indoors, with a designated smoking area in the building.
