The position collaborates with cross-industry headquarters and business-unit organizations, communicating area-specific issues while applying strategic resources from headquarters locally. It reports directly to the business division head.
Applicants need at least two years of corporate sales experience, industry knowledge and negotiation experience in one of restaurants, hotels, or retail, and experience independently advancing projects while involving customers, internal teams, and operational sites. Required capabilities include identifying essential issues from abstract problems and translating them into structured, repeatable solutions. Preferred experience includes deep industry expertise, operational optimization, HR or organizational consulting, labor-market or HR technology knowledge, management or cross-functional leadership, business-process improvement, and launching new businesses or locations.
This is a full-time role based at the Kyushu branch in Tenjin, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City. The position includes a three-month probationary period. The stated annual salary range is JPY 5,000,000 to JPY 9,000,000, composed of base salary and bonus; eligible employees may additionally receive a short-term incentive. Compensation reviews occur twice yearly. Working hours use a flextime system with core hours of 11:00–15:30 and standard hours of 09:30–18:30. Benefits include social insurance, commuting expenses up to JPY 50,000 per month, paid leave, annual holidays of 120 days, weekends and national holidays off, and other listed leave programs.
