It proposes solutions using AI and data technology to publishers, bookstores, distributors, and other key publishing-industry players. Responsibilities include customer development, designing sales meetings, hearing customer issues, forming hypotheses, preparing solution proposals, managing contracts, and coordinating internally and externally toward implementation.
The position designs and executes overall sales strategy, manages sales KPIs such as the number of customers won and budget, and drives measures to achieve them. It works with customer success on initial onboarding and with engineers, data scientists, and product members to develop proposal details. It also proposes upsells to existing customers, builds continuing relationships, plans and executes new service and marketing initiatives based on industry trends and customer needs, and improves sales processes and materials, including implementation-case content.
Depending on skills, experience, and preferences, responsibilities may also include alliances with industry players and business development connected to sales. The work location may be KDX Toranomon 1-chome Building or home-based work. Duties may be changed to company-wide work following discussion based on aptitude.
