EARTHBRAIN, whose Smart Construction series digitises construction work at about 10,000 sites in 27 countries, is hiring an Engineering Manager as its development organisation grows and moves work in-house. The manager works with executives and the CTO and CIO on organisation-wide issues.

Applicants need five or more years as an engineering manager or equivalent, experience managing a team of five or more including hiring, evaluation and one-on-ones, eight or more years of product development with modern web technology, mostly backend, domain-driven design experience, scrum experience and strong communication. Experience with hardware-cloud systems, scaling teams and global products is preferred.
