First-Class Building Construction Management Engineer

This full-time role manages construction projects and supervises worksites for large-scale building and facilities projects. Responsibilities include construction management, on-site supervision, handling the receipt and completion of project documents, directing partner contractors, and managing industrial-waste manifests. Office-based work includes preparing estimates and carrying out construction management, while site supervision and on-the-job training may require travel to locations throughout Japan.

A First-Class Building Construction Management Engineer qualification is required. Experience working in construction management or as a site supervisor is welcomed. The role also seeks candidates who can travel to sites nationwide, build effective relationships with clients and partner contractors, and make accurate decisions and give appropriate instructions in different situations.

After joining, the employee will accompany a construction manager for training. Responsibility for projects is expected to be assigned after approximately two months, with continuing support from the team.

The role is based at an office in Oi, Shinagawa, Tokyo.

The position is assigned to USEN Next Engineering. The employee transfers to that company at the same time as joining. The company handles design, construction, construction management, installation, maintenance, and operation of facilities and information and communications equipment, supported by approximately 130 locations, 1,000 in-house engineers, and 800 partner companies. It is scheduled to operate under its current name following the September 1, 2026 integration of USEN Techno Service and USEN FIELDING.
