Architectural Design

The role is responsible for architectural design and supervision. Day-to-day work includes planning buildings, developing concepts and designs, preparing cost estimates, presenting proposals to clients, and creating perspectives, 3D models, and movies for presentations. The position also prepares construction drawings, including planning drawings and detailed execution drawings, and manages work at construction sites by explaining matters to clients and responding to design changes.

Applicants must have graduated from high school or above, hold a first-class architect license, and have practical experience creating construction drawings and conducting technical studies. The posting requires experience designing steel-frame and reinforced-concrete buildings and the ability to perform the work independently as an immediately effective contributor.

Preferred experience includes planning, volume studies, and building confirmation application procedures. The employer also welcomes candidates who can lead discussions and coordination with government authorities and building owners, and who are interested in participating from the design stage and taking on an upstream role with technical sales elements. The position supports projects involving water-treatment facilities, infrastructure-related buildings, group-company factories, and commercial warehouses. The company works on social infrastructure related to water, including water supply and sewage facilities.

The work location is the East Japan Branch in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Transfer may occur in the future, and the initial assignment is determined with consideration for the applicant's preference and suitability. Working hours are 8:30 to 17:20, including a 50-minute break and eight hours of actual working time. Overtime is approximately 15 to 30 hours per month. The position is full-time and permanent, with a three-month probationary period and no change in conditions. Remote work制度 is available.

The expected annual salary is 8.1 million to 9.5 million yen, with monthly pay of 416,000 to 520,000 yen including allowances and bonuses paid twice a year.
