Mujin, a global leader in industrial automation (MujinOS, MujinController, Machine Intelligence), is hiring a Manufacturing & Operations Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability and operational excellence of its controllers and pendants. Working with suppliers, operators and engineering teams, you would drive manufacturing processes, support production, resolve technical issues and maintain quality across the product lifecycle. Responsibilities: create and improve standard operating procedures and train operators; oversee raw-material procurement and inventory control; identify and resolve manufacturing process issues, classify deviations and make rework decisions; and provide internal technical support and troubleshooting for finished products deployed to internal customers (Mujin US, Mujin Europe), acting as a technical point of contact for post-deployment claims/failures. Required: a bachelor's or higher in electrical engineering, CS or similar; experience with embedded-system products (ECU, audio devices); good understanding of Linux and electronics fundamentals. Preferred: manufacturing/testing-lab environments, PCB assembly/testing, and hardware/electromechanical troubleshooting.
