Store DX Field Engineer

This field engineer role performs installation, construction, repair, and maintenance work for services and equipment used in facilities, stores, and other customer locations. Work is based on requests obtained by sales teams from group companies and is generally carried out within the assigned area, with very little long-distance travel.

Store DX work includes cabling, installation, repair, and maintenance for audio equipment, cameras, POS registers, digital signage, serving robots, and related store solutions. Communication work covers coaxial cable, LAN, optical fiber, Wi-Fi wireless communication, and the construction and maintenance of associated infrastructure. Electrical work includes LED lighting and solar power systems in buildings, stores, and residences.

Applicants are expected to be interested in developing practical technical skills, supporting spatial presentation and store operations, and working with network equipment such as Wi-Fi and LAN. Experience in electrical, communications, or construction work is welcomed. Electrical worker or telecommunications construction qualifications, including first- or second-class electrical worker certification, are also welcomed. Applicants without electrical construction experience may apply if they are motivated.

The work is normally performed by teams of two. Each location has members ranging from younger employees to experienced staff, and the team provides access to colleagues for questions and consultation. Training includes orientation after joining, product training, on-the-job training, and follow-up training. Employees can learn through practical work at customer sites while being supported by senior colleagues.

The employment is full-time.
