Dormitory Manager

The dormitory manager oversees Capcom’s employee residence in Nakano, Tokyo. Daily responsibilities include cleaning shared areas such as corridors, the washing-machine area, entrance, laundry-dryer area, garbage area, and other common spaces. The role also receives deliveries, responds to equipment-related matters, conducts equipment patrols, waters plants, removes weeds, and prepares daily reports to share handover information.

The manager supports residents when they move in or leave the dormitory. This includes explaining manners and rules, confirming moving dates and times, and attending move-related arrangements. The role also provides guidance to residents regarding appropriate manners and responds to contractors and delivery providers.

A typical workday includes common-area cleaning from 8:30 to 10:30, equipment patrols, plant watering and weeding, lunch from 12:00 to 13:00, contractor and delivery reception from 13:00 to 15:00, a further equipment patrol, and daily report preparation until 16:30.

Applicants must be available to work three to four days per week for 7.5 hours per day. The scheduled hours are 8:00 to 16:30, including a one-hour break from 12:00 to 13:00. Weekend work is expected, with shift arrangements subject to discussion. There is no overtime. Employment is part-time. Required application documents are a résumé and work history.
