The AI Engineer joins as a core member covering planning, development, operation and governance of AI.
Duties include planning and promoting company-wide AI projects, analysing data to plan and evaluate them, finding business problems with other departments and proposing AI-based fixes, working with product teams to introduce AI, developing and running AI systems (requirements, design, build, DevOps), and AI governance, meaning risk analysis, internal rules and employee education.
