Corporate IT and Security Engineer

This role supports SB OAI Japan, a joint venture with OpenAI, as a core member of its corporate security function. It covers the planning, design, and operation of the company’s corporate IT and security foundation, including IT architecture, OA environments, identity and device management, SaaS operations, information security, physical security, and AI-enabled work environments.

The work includes roadmap planning, SOC/CSIRT monitoring and incident-response frameworks, endpoint lifecycle management, security controls, vendor coordination, and office access management. Named tools and technologies include Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, CASB, firewalls, networks, and AI agents. The role also establishes policies, risk controls, usage guidelines, and operational processes for generative AI.

Applicants must have at least three years of experience in corporate IT planning, internal IT/OA, IT governance, or information security at an operating company, plus experience planning, introducing, or operating internal systems such as SaaS, on-premises, or cloud systems. In addition, experience or knowledge in security, first-line incident response, identity and access management, endpoint management, or networks is required.
