Corporate IT Engineer (Network & Internal IT Support)

This role sits in Belong’s Corporate IT team and owns the network infrastructure supporting operations, initially focusing on the core network environment. It covers design, build, operation and improvement, including review of existing issues and updates as needs change. The team also supports employee IT, manages assets and accounts, and operates internal tools; the role may extend into these areas based on experience and strengths. Responsibilities include closed-network and VLAN/segment design, firewall and access-control design, business wireless LAN, incident diagnosis and recovery, recurrence prevention, and coordination with internal departments and external partners. Applicants need approximately three or more years defining, designing and building enterprise networks for organizations with 300+ employees, including closed-network, firewall and business wireless LAN experience. Required qualifications also include experience designing or operating information-leak prevention and endpoint security, CCNA or equivalent network knowledge, design-document and procedure-writing experience, understanding of corporate IT operations and support, and stakeholder communication skills.
