This position is a secondment to SBI Neo Banking System within the Technology Headquarters. The role plans, designs, operates and improves the company’s internal IT environment so employees can work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities cover internal IT infrastructure, PCs, smartphones, peripherals, accounts, SaaS, groupware, networks, security operations and IT asset management. The manager maintains device lifecycles, licenses, inventories, permissions and joiner, mover and leaver processes. The role also manages Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other SaaS environments, and prepares internal IT rules, procedures and operating standards.

The position supports development departments by building and operating development and test environments and managing developer tools. Jira and Slack accounts, permissions and licenses are included, together with developer PCs, development tools and test devices. The role works with development teams to improve developer productivity while maintaining security.

Further duties include vendor control, internal IT projects, help desk and inquiry management, analysis of inquiry trends and operational issues, and standardization, efficiency and automation initiatives. The manager coordinates with the information security department, manages team members’ work, develops staff and improves service quality.

Required experience includes practical work in internal IT, information systems or corporate IT at an operating company; internal IT operations for PCs, accounts, SaaS, networks or IT assets; and operations involving at least one of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, identity management or MDM. Experience improving help desk, inquiry-response or internal IT processes, resolving issues with vendors and internal departments, and leading a team or managing members and work is also required. Preferred experience includes internal IT operations in financial institutions, FinTech or IT companies; zero trust, EDR, MDM, SSO or IDaaS; IT controls, audits, security rules or ISMS; internal networks, VPN, Wi-Fi or firewalls; SaaS implementation, workflow improvement or internal DX; IT asset, help desk or ticketing tools; and office moves, office openings, device renewals or company-wide IT refresh projects.

The work location is in Roppongi, Tokyo. Remote work is available by consultation, and there is no change of workplace or transfer. Employment is permanent, with a six-month probationary period. Basic hours are 9:00–17:45 with a 60-minute break; flextime is not available. Annual salary is JPY 7.0–10.0 million, with a performance-linked bonus and annual bonus and salary review. As a managerial position, overtime pay is not provided. Annual holidays total 120 days, with weekends, public holidays, year-end holidays from December 31 to January 3, condolence leave and 13–23 days of paid leave.
