AI Engineer

This AI engineer works across mortgage and real-estate services, applying AI to product development and internal operations. The role spans products including a mortgage comparison and diagnosis service, real-estate investment services, an AI condominium valuation service, and a mortgage proposal tool for real-estate firms. It works with business leaders and product owners to identify operational and product challenges and turn them into systems that can be implemented and operated continuously. The work includes learning each product’s domain, reviewing existing systems, and organizing business challenges and technical requirements. The engineer proposes and delivers solutions, develops frontend and backend components for web applications, designs and implements AI-agent and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and connects them with existing products, internal data, and APIs. The role also covers architecture, deployment and operation in an AWS-centered environment, and evaluating and improving systems after implementation, with attention to maintainability, reliability, security, and cost. Applicants must have at least three years of software engineering experience in design, development, and operations. They must also be able to build knowledge of an unfamiliar business domain through discussions with stakeholders and investigation of existing systems.
