The role also spreads good team practices company-wide.
Applicants need hands-on software engineering experience in at least one of developer tools and internal platforms, SRE or infrastructure, or as a tech lead, experience driving technical change across teams without direct authority, and strong communication in both English and Japanese. Experience leading developer-productivity or platform engineering initiatives is preferred.
