Senior Engineer

The Senior Engineer will lead development and continuous improvement of SAMANSA, a short-film VOD streaming service. Responsibilities span new feature development, improvement of existing functionality, and day-to-day product operation across both backend and frontend areas.

The role involves identifying product issues from user feedback and usage data, proposing and implementing improvements, and considering how new experiences should be designed and delivered. The engineer will also participate in important technical strategy and decision-making, help define development direction, improve development processes, support the growth of team members, and raise efficiency and quality while maintaining a fast feedback cycle.

Required experience includes backend development with Ruby, Go, Rust, or similar technologies; API and database design with attention to performance and scalability; frontend development with React or Vue with an awareness of UX design; and experience improving a service through user behavior analysis, data-based hypotheses, and validation.
