Woven by Toyota's AD/ADAS group works on autonomy at the meeting point of AI, robotics and advanced driving, with petabytes of multimodal driving data. The Senior ML Platform Engineer joins the Machine Learning Platform team, which works with ML teams to scale the development of perception, prediction and planning models that ship in millions of Toyota vehicles.
The engineer designs, builds, maintains and supports platform systems and tools so many ML engineers can curate datasets, model, train, evaluate and deploy efficiently, develops tools and libraries for modelling, metrics and failure analysis, builds cloud training and evaluation pipelines, and helps set long-term strategy. The office is in Nihonbashi, five days a week.
Applicants need a degree in machine learning, computer science, robotics or a related field (or equivalent experience), five or more years with data structures, algorithms and software engineering practice, two or more years with Linux, Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow, two or more years across the MLOps cycle, Docker and CI, and business-level English. Spark or Airflow, Rust or C++, GPU programming and Kubernetes are preferred.
