Required: a bachelor's (master's/PhD a plus) in ML/CS/robotics or equivalent; 5+ years across data structures, algorithms and software-engineering best practices; 2+ years with UNIX/Linux, Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow; 2+ years across the MLOps cycle (curation, preprocessing, training, evaluation, inference optimization, cloud/edge deployment); Docker and CI (e.g. GitHub Actions); and business-level English. Preferred: ML pipelines (Spark, Airflow, Flyte, Flink, Ray); Rust/C++ and Bazel; SIMD/SIMT, GPU programming, multithreading; Terraform, AWS, observability, Kubernetes; BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift; deep-learning model optimization for specific hardware; AD/robotics/computer-vision/planning experience; business-level Japanese (welcome).
