This is Nalalys's first dedicated SRE position. The engineer will lead efforts to improve product reliability and development productivity across multiple products, rather than focusing only on routine infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities include designing, building, and operating infrastructure; establishing and improving CI/CD; raising system reliability, availability, and security; building monitoring foundations; creating processes for incident response; automating operations; and improving development productivity. The role may also include backend development in Go or Python when needed.

Nalalys released its first product, an email monitoring tool, in 2023 and introduced it to a major enterprise company the following year. The products handle highly confidential information such as business email and internal reports, creating high requirements for security, stable operation, availability, and audit readiness. The company is expanding from a single product toward multiple products and is building shared platforms and repeatable development and operational standards.
