Telesy, a CARTA HOLDINGS subsidiary, is an agency centred on TV commercial marketing, with in-house products that visualise and analyse the effect of TV advertising and optimise media budgets. It is redesigning its operations to be AI-native and is forming a dedicated infrastructure and security team. The Infrastructure Engineer is a founding member of the Platform and Security organisation for those products.
The engineer designs and runs infrastructure on AWS and GCP as code with Terraform, designs monitoring with CloudWatch, Cloud Monitoring and Sentry and handles incidents, does infrastructure design, security review and capacity planning for new launches, runs vulnerability scanning and CVE response, designs IAM and access control, writes generative-AI usage guidelines and supply-chain attack defences, improves performance, cost and CI/CD, and supports a Snowflake and dbt Cloud data platform. Later work includes infrastructure and security for an internal AI agent platform.
Applicants need AWS infrastructure experience and practical security work on web or SaaS products (vulnerability handling, access control design). GCP is a plus, as are threat modelling, SOC2 or Privacy Mark experience, and AI governance.
