The Staff Engineer acts as the CTO's right hand, supporting each business's engineering team, from close-up and from a bird's-eye view, in whatever way suits their strengths.
The engineer finds bottlenecks to business growth, solves teams' technical problems and helps them become self-reliant, mostly through web development but also cloud infrastructure on AWS or Google Cloud and improving CI/CD from build to release.
