ACES is an AI company based in Bunkyo, Tokyo, founded in 2017 by University of Tokyo researchers, including members from the Matsuo Laboratory. It develops AI OS, a technology base for “expert AI” that learns a company’s own data and know-how, and runs a DX Partner service that supports clients from DX strategy and data infrastructure through custom AI development and organization-wide rollout.
ACES has two lines of business: DX Partner consulting and implementation, and AI OS software products that address workflow problems shared across industries. It says it has supported companies and government agencies in finance, insurance, manufacturing and media, with the most projects in finance and manufacturing.
