Bewith runs contact centers and business process outsourcing for client companies, handling inquiries from their customers and employees. Its centers combine trained operators, its own phone system and dedicated facilities. As of May 31, 2026, it had 16 sites in Japan, including centers in Sapporo, Yokohama, Osaka, Fukuoka and Nagasaki, and 7,905 employees including contract and part-time staff.
In 2016 it developed its own cloud-based PBX, Omnia LINK, for use in its centers, and it now also sells the system to companies that run their own contact centers. Omnia LINK combines functions usually bought from separate vendors, and a call-summary feature using generative AI was added in May 2024. Bewith is listed on the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
