Ezaki Glico, headquartered in Nishiyodogawa-ku, Osaka, traces its origins to Glico caramel, first sold in February 1922. Its confectionery includes Pocky, Pretz, Bisco and the LIBERA and GABA functional chocolates. Dairy brands include BifiX Yogurt, Pucchin Pudding and Bokujo Shibori, alongside ice cream such as Giant Cone and Papico and Icreo baby formula.
Its food brands include Almond Koka, SUNAO and DONBURI-Tei ready-to-eat rice bowl toppings. The food ingredients business supplies wheat gluten, processed starches and plant- and microbe-derived colorants to food manufacturers, plus Cluster Dextrin and other carbohydrate materials. Glico had 5,588 consolidated employees at the end of December 2025.
