Kraken is the flagship multi-asset platform of Payward. It serves consumers, professional traders and institutions with crypto spot and futures trading, stocks and ETFs in eligible markets, custody, staking, OTC execution, payments and APIs. Institutional services also include financing, market data and digital-asset benchmarks.
The broader Payward platform earns trading-based revenue as well as asset-based and other revenue from activities including custody, yield, payments and financing. In 2025, it expanded through products such as Kraken Prime, Kraken Embed, the Krak money app and xStocks, while integrating acquired businesses including NinjaTrader and Breakout.
