Micronics Japan develops, manufactures and sells semiconductor testing products. Its probe cards test the electrical properties of circuits on wafers, IC testers and test sockets test devices after packaging, and wafer probers are used for evaluation and analysis during device R&D.
The company also makes probe units and other inspection products for flat-panel displays. Customer engineers at locations in Japan and overseas provide repair, maintenance and periodic inspection services for its products. As of June 30, 2026, Micronics Japan had 1,314 employees and 1,855 group employees.
