MIRAINI Holdings was established in April 2026 as the holding company of Satori Electric and the Hagiwara Electric group. Its device-solutions business supplies semiconductors, electronic components and electronic equipment, adding technical support, custom development, embedded software development and EMS/ODM manufacturing to its trading functions.
The system-solutions business helps customers with digital transformation, cloud and security, from design and development through operation, in fields ranging from industrial and social infrastructure to IT. Group companies include Satori Electric, Star Electronics, Hagiwara Electronics and Hagiwara Techno Solutions, with overseas offices in Asia, Europe and the United States. The company has head offices in Tokyo and Nagoya.
