Tekscend Photomask makes photomasks, the master plates used to transfer circuit patterns onto semiconductor wafers. Patterns are written on mask blanks with electron beams, then etched, cleaned, measured and inspected. Its range covers binary and phase-shifting masks and reflective masks for EUV lithography.
The company was spun off from TOPPAN's photomask business and began operations in April 2022, and it has been listed on the TSE Prime Market since October 2025. It runs nine manufacturing sites in North America, Europe, Asia and Japan, also makes quartz and silicon molds for nanoimprint lithography, and had 1,944 employees as of March 31, 2026.
