Tokyo Seimitsu builds and sells semiconductor-production tools and precision measuring instruments under the ACCRETECH brand. Its semiconductor equipment includes probing machines, dicing machines and precision blades, polish grinders and chemical mechanical planarizers, with wafer slicing and edge-grinding machines from group company Tosei Engineering.
Its measuring instruments include coordinate measuring machines, surface-texture and contour instruments, roundness and cylindrical-profile instruments, optical measuring instruments, machine-control gauges and sensors. They are used by automotive, heavy-equipment, aircraft and other manufacturers. The group had 2,890 consolidated employees as of March 31, 2026.
