Serve as an HRBP Manager for the GENIEE group, including JAPAN AI, partnering with management and business leaders to connect business strategy with people and organizational strategy.
Develop HR and organizational strategies to deliver business goals; identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks through discussions with business leaders; and advance organization design, executive and manager placement, and workforce planning. Lead and develop HRBPs in each business unit, extract company-wide issues from frontline challenges, and plan and execute group-wide initiatives. Provide recommendations to management and business teams based on organizational conditions and people data.
Candidates need experience in HR at a growth company, particularly HRBP, organizational development, or talent development; experience moving from a business-unit leadership role into HRBP; or HR and organizational consulting experience. Experience navigating rapid organizational expansion through dialogue with employees and system design is preferred.
The role is based in Shinjuku, Tokyo. One day of remote work per week is available, while in-person work is the standard due to close communication with executives and managers. Standard hours are 10:00–19:00, with staggered schedules within two hours available. Annual compensation is ¥9,000,000–¥15,000,000, with salary review opportunities and bonuses twice yearly and a stock option program.
