Responsibilities include designing the recruitment portfolio, managing progress and KPIs, and leading new recruitment policies and organizational structures, including overseas engineer hiring. The planned annual hiring scale is approximately 200 people for JAPAN AI, 120 for GENIEE, and 30 graduate hires.
Required experience includes developing and driving experienced-hire strategies and plans linked to management and business plans as a recruitment leader, plus people-management experience for a multi-person recruitment team. Preferred experience includes graduate recruitment strategy, scaling recruitment organizations in high-growth hiring phases, recruiting for difficult roles such as AI talent, IT engineers, and executives, and implementing recruitment marketing, talent pools, or direct recruiting.
The position is primarily office-based, with one day of remote work per week available. Working hours are 10:00 to 19:00, and the role is full-time. Compensation is annual salary of JPY 15,000,000 to JPY 20,000,000, with salary review opportunities twice yearly, bonuses twice yearly, and a stock-option program.
