Responsibilities include budget development, budget-versus-actual management, KPI design and analysis, and organizing management issues related to business expansion, new investments, and projects. The role drives cross-company initiatives, advises on knowledge sharing and resource allocation between the two companies, manages the corporate planning teams, and designs and operates board and management meetings to support executive decision-making.
Candidates need at least five years of corporate planning or management experience at a listed company or an equivalent company. Required experience includes leading budgeting, performance management, KPI design, and management-number analysis; providing issue organization and decision support to executives; and managing a team or organization.
The position is full-time in Shinjuku, Tokyo. One day of remote work per week is available, with in-person work being the standard. Standard hours are 10:00 to 19:00, with staggered schedules within two hours before or after those hours available. Annual salary is JPY 13,000,000 to JPY 20,000,000, with bonuses twice yearly.
