Working with existing members and management across MFX and its three businesses, responsibilities include building handover and internalization workflows, performing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, addressing individual accounting and tax matters, and coordinating with external tax advisers.
Required qualifications are roughly 3–10 years of corporate accounting experience, responsibility for monthly and annual closing, and intermediate or higher Excel/Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP, IF, and pivot-table data preparation and analysis. Preferred experience includes bookkeeping credentials, tax calculations and tax-return preparation, management accounting and budget-versus-actual management, IT/SIer/software/SaaS experience, IPO or listed-company disclosure materials, launching back-office processes, and process improvement using generative AI or IT software.
The role follows a hybrid work style, with attendance currently requested at least two days per week and three or more days recommended. It includes a three-month probationary period and a flextime system with standard eight-hour workdays.
