Standardize sales processes and KPI operations across nationwide offices, build scalable sales foundations, and work with sales, marketing, product, and CS teams on improvement and cross-sell methods.

About this role

This role standardizes sales processes and sales-meeting flows, then deploys and embeds them across nationwide sales offices and teams. Responsibilities include designing KPIs to visualize sales productivity, building monitoring systems, planning and executing improvements, and designing operational foundations including structures, tools, and rules for nationwide expansion.

The role gathers input from sales teams to drive adoption, collaborates with marketing, product, and customer success functions, and reports to management. It also contributes to establishing cross-sell methods that combine SaaS offerings with other Raksul Group products.

Candidates need at least three years of sales planning or sales promotion experience at a company strong in sales to small and medium-sized businesses, plus experience coordinating with sales, product, and corporate functions. Preferred experience includes multi-site operational design and standardization, SFA/CRM-based process design and operation, work in rapid-growth phases, and data-driven sales reform.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a three-month probation period and no changes to conditions during probation. The work arrangement combines remote work with office attendance several times per week. The role uses flextime with a core time of 11:00–15:00, except 10:00–15:00 at the start of the week.
