Candidates need at least three years of sales planning or sales promotion experience at a company strong in sales to small and medium-sized businesses, plus experience coordinating with sales, product, and corporate functions. Preferred experience includes multi-site operational design and standardization, SFA/CRM-based process design and operation, work in rapid-growth phases, and data-driven sales reform.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a three-month probation period and no changes to conditions during probation. The work arrangement combines remote work with office attendance several times per week. The role uses flextime with a core time of 11:00–15:00, except 10:00–15:00 at the start of the week.
