Lead product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and data-driven decisions for B2B customized e-commerce and procurement products linked to manufacturing, logistics, and inventory.
This product manager role sits at the center of Raksul's group-wide M&A and PMI (post-merger integration) growth strategy, spanning B2B customized e-commerce businesses combined with manufacturing, logistics, and inventory operations. The PM defines mid-to-long-term product strategy and roadmaps for e-commerce and supply chain domains, designs product OKRs/KPIs, and makes data-driven decisions using SQL-based analysis. Responsibilities include requirements definition, spec design, and prioritization for new features and UX improvements, working with manufacturing, logistics, and procurement stakeholders, and driving PMI initiatives such as cross-sell and ID/payment platform integration across group companies. Assignment varies by business need, from product integration for newly acquired businesses to core e-commerce system rebuilding. Required: experience in product development, business improvement, or system design within supply chain domains (manufacturing, inventory, or logistics); sufficient engineering literacy to discuss technical topics with engineers; experience planning development schedules and managing related teams; and data-driven decision-making experience including SQL analysis. Preferred: e-commerce/web platform experience, PMI-phase integration experience, software engineering background, agile/scrum experience, and UI/UX design experience. Full-time, flextime, hybrid work at the Azabudai office or approved remote locations, annual salary 10,148,000-13,050,000 yen including fixed overtime pay, bonus twice yearly.
