Support the development of labor-management structures and use data and AI to identify leave-of-absence risks early and enable preventive intervention.
Requires at least two years of practical labor-affairs experience, including payroll calculation and social-insurance procedures, as well as regular work use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude. Experience with labor SaaS such as freee or SmartHR, no-code tools including Slack workflows or Zapier, and process-improvement proposals is preferred. Business-level English is a preferred skill.
This is a full-time position based at the Tokyo headquarters in Chuo City. Annual salary is JPY 4.5 million to JPY 5.5 million. A flextime system applies, with core hours from 11:00 to 16:00.
