Working with Sales Strategy and Operations Managers and Japan Large Customer Sales teams, the associate runs business cadence, helps teams navigate systems and tools, and designs, manages, and delivers projects against operational standards. Responsibilities include analyzing and modeling data to identify trends and efficiency opportunities; building and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards; conducting ad-hoc analysis of business performance, user metrics, and KPIs; and summarizing findings and recommendations for management. The role also identifies process gaps and solves business-impacting problems and opportunities.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, four years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, or digital ads sales, and experience with core business operations such as annual planning, headcount management, business reviews, or target setting. Fluent English and Japanese communication are required. Preferred qualifications include BI and dashboard experience, analysis of large data sets, knowledge of digital ads and Google's business, and collaboration and presentation skills.
