BX Design Manager

The BX Design Manager leads the development and execution of brand design and communication design for the company's corporate identity and products. The role covers work from planning brand strategy through design execution, with the aim of improving loyalty among existing customers and supporting the acquisition of new customers.

Responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and managing the BX design team; maintaining design quality; managing schedules and delivery; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders; and managing projects. The manager also designs or directs product and event landing pages, plans and directs the production of promotional visuals and novelty items, and designs or reviews communication materials such as sales collateral and recruitment materials.

The role works across the company and its products. PrimeNumber develops and operates the cloud ETL service TROCCO and the AI data platform COMETA, provides professional services for data technology challenges, and offers the agent-based AI solution primeBusinessAgent. The BX design function is expected to define and express the brand and product identities across multiple touchpoints while working closely with other business divisions.
