UI Designer

The UI Designer will primarily design the management interface for 4RAP, FOLIO’s B2B asset-management platform, while contributing to product design across the company’s services. The role covers both web and native applications and involves shaping products from the foundation stage through ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities include organizing requirements, creating information architecture, mapping user flows and screen transitions, preparing wireframes and prototypes, and building, designing and operating design systems and components. The designer will propose usability and UX improvements, work with engineers and Product Managers on specifications, conduct design reviews and quality management, verify results after release, and improve products based on those findings. User research and usability testing may be conducted when needed.

FOLIO is described in it as an online securities startup. Its B2B business provides 4RAP, a SaaS asset-management platform for financial institutions, while its consumer business includes services such as the AI robo-advisor ROBOPRO. The position is intended to strengthen the UI design team and coordinate design quality and consistency across multiple B2B products.

Previous financial-industry experience is not required. The role emphasizes understanding user problems and designing clear, easy-to-use experiences, and states that UI/UX design experience can be applied to the role. Applicants need at least three years of practical UI design experience informed by guidelines such as Material Design or Human Interface Guidelines, experience building design systems, leading design in internal projects and preparing wireframes, and an understanding of current design trends.
