UI/UX Designer

ANDPAD hires a UI/UX designer for the product design of its construction and building management SaaS, from defining user stories and user pain points upstream through to interface design. The designer also helps build and run the design system called Tsukuri, the foundation of ANDPAD's product design.

The designer covers UI and UX design across web and mobile (iOS and Android), takes part in requirements definition, creates the UX and UI design of new services, and proposes and carries out improvements to existing products. The aim is design that understands customers' work flows and is consistent and attractive rather than only good looking, and capable designers also join earlier phases such as personas, use cases, market research and user research. Most designers joined with SaaS design experience elsewhere.

Required are agreement with the company's mission, practical UI and UX design experience for apps or web services, and use of design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD. Preferred are design of business tools, team design experience, building design systems or pattern libraries, HTML, CSS and JavaScript markup, and experience at a venture company.
