The position uses a hybrid work arrangement, with office attendance at least three times per week and remote work available. Domestic business travel occurs approximately two to three times per month, mainly to Osaka and Fukuoka, including some overnight stays.

The position is full-time and permanent. Working hours are 9:00 to 17:30, with a standard working time of 7 hours 45 minutes per day. A flextime system without core hours is available, and overtime may occur. The work location is Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
